monday and tuesday mornings were both spent facilitating captains ball for yrs 2&4, quite tiring la, and idk why i was even forced to do it in the first place, sian. becos of that couldn't pon sch to go for the haircutting training thing @ jean yip for mt09, cos may could only come by earlier than i would be free to leave. so instead i left sch to do funstuffs hahah :D but had to come back again for IRP meeting that lasted for many hrs cos we had to revise our entire plan. ____________
tuesday had some level games thing as well as exchange presentations, nanao ppl didn't do theirs :( so we couldn't see cally dance haha. the games were not bad actl, partly cos of the awesome company haha.

hahah our irp is currently quite erm.. we spent friday @ sungei buloh, the taxi driver was surprisingly nice to us he said he would wait for us for almost 2hrs that we were inside, in case we got lost or smth happened cos it was like raining and stuff. damn weird la he even followed us inside. anw we were at the observation pavillion thing, then we were talking quite loudly about going down when this woman cut in and said smth like we shouldnt go down to the mangrove area cos there were crocodiles in the water and they started showing us pictures of it, damn huge. like, omggg. so we went to the part that look like a large pond and when we were about to throw in the pH meter and shit smth moved and i think it was a small crocodile or some pretty large creature, wahlao. cold, wet and hungry, so miserable. screw the monsoon season.

@ City Beach Resort, Labrador Park i haven't actl been to any of the worship retreats before, i realised. anw it was a pretty refreshing time, super chillax la lots of games and free time, and awesome (close to hotel standard) accomodation and food! it was great spending time with the youth as well as the others whom we don't really get the chance to talk to otherwise. changes in perception of things and some issues, learning more about God and worship itself. & i really needed that time off (:

long week (: mostly spent on intensive exchange prog dance (ok la only 3 days in a row) but still. went for arp only once. i'm onto half the 3rd season of friends alrdy, ipod is awesome. slp meeting @ subway on monday, prepared the stuff and hunted for stuff at big bookshop, before leaving for training, no rain :D tues ponned half of training, ok the running part when it started raining, quite bad la but i really had dance prac lor. then beryl and i went to get roti prata and slurpee for dinner cos we kind of missed it or smth, practised the shit until past midnight cos we kept forgetting the steps :S macs breakfast e next morning, yeahh free mcgriddles ((:
slp today @ some old folks day center thing, where we taught them simple english like e alphabet and the alphabet song, and basic greetings. quite fun la, although i'm like super cmi and making smalltalk with old people or speaking in chinese argh. sheng was telling one old woman he stays arnd that area, and she said smth like "-- ji hao, ah ma lai zhao ni" HAHAA. i liked the food! muffin and alphabet biscuits, actl so we could sort of tell them what alphabets they were eating. bingo is srsly awesome fun, maybe i'll look forward to that when i'm old.

pure lazy. my laziness is going to cost me alot (like really alot), but who cares huh.
i need to kick off my obsession/addiction to choc oreo bubble tea now. i drank it four times in just 3 days. first right after i finished @ ncc. ytd twice, once before and again after youth service. today once after youth camp meeting just before mission meeting. alotalot of meetings today, totally shacked man. imagine if i had to bake the ton of cookies and brownies i might just die. we - need - money - badly. anw my house oven is frikkin screwed, it has moodswings and most of the time decides to burn the stuff intentionally, it's as if it's acting up upon very mild conditions, nvm.
youth service ytd, finally back to the keys after a long time, at least it felt long. though i think it's only been a month or so. it keeps me occupied. dinner @ paradiz, or somewhere there, daniel's fav wanton mee place which didn't prove that awesome at all, cranky stall uncle. & then sean mossy sarah calv and i spent the rest of the night till past 1 spamming random kpop and other (gross) videos, actl only afew of us lasted to that.
busy schedule, but at least i've got some form of entertainment, like watching friends on my ipod (long time till i finish all ten seasons). rawrh, i dont like the feeling of uncertain business.
i have a perpetually pissed face (not)spending some time @ grandparent's place, we haven't done that in awhile.

when there's too many things to worry about sometimes you just don't. been very irritated of the late by people/things and like many things in general. you know, it's like when everything's there but they just don't click. i just want to sit back and not do anything. or on the contrary stop the clock so we can find time to hang out like we promised, ok that's actl in reference to several people. but in other cases things aren't as simple, and i actl feel quite bad about....it never stops bugging me, and you'll never understand cos maybe it wasn't like that but how would you know right. and i finally realise how people can gradually slide into depression in situations like...because maybe i just might. how can everything seem a grey cloud when i have everything i want, even things i don't expect to get. don't even bother trying to figure out what i just said & who this might be in reference to because it's very likely not to be you if you think it is (though you know how i really hate sounding vague-ish, like oops accidentally on purpose sort). sux ttm.

i just realised the blue font doesnt show up properly on chrome! damn. anw i'm into slack mode now, but then i still have the lit reflections crap to do which i completely genuinely forgot all about. i don't even know how i did it.
went down to ncc on weds, now i finally know how to get there without having to walk one entire round my gawd what's wrong with me! didn't manage to get any patients at all, super unlucky la. the only ones i approached, there were language barriers. i think there was this arabic family or smth, i started talking to them and cos it's just a survey that's like not compulsory i was half expecting them to reject (and hoping so too), the son went to call his translator to come and the guy was prolly somewhere quite far away omg. i was thinking, i'm so screwed when he realises what this is about, but he was quite good-looking and nice, at least i wouldn't know cos i zao-ed really fast. and the second guy and family could only speak in chinese, and i can't explain medical terms and the becks anxiety shit in chinese. so bored la! _____________
on thurs i finally went for training! in a super long time, veryvery rusty like i kind of forgot how to do stuff my speed of fast. the horrors of 100 stern turns, never ever again. i hate it :( my keeping completely fail la, mag come back!! and then it started raining damn heavily after we finished packing the stuff, very timely. tingan wanyu and i borrowed mr chua's umbrella to get to the bustop where it stopped raining, retarded right! we went to macs cos tingan wanted the monopoly thing :O don't go for the cruise la hahahah. she decided to act blind for the rest of the way back, blindwoman with glasses.

Intro-ed them to Fresh Origin Restaurant owned by my mum's boss, so we got discounts for everything (: even i was quite shocked by the pricing, pretty low for cbd area. we had a hard time trying to search for the place, given that my mum only gave me verbal instructions and i'm not exactly the best person to navigate around. but we found it anw hahah. beryl was late (as usual), and her mum was damn funny she msged me, "beryl on her way already but teach her a valuable lesson so go ahead n leave" sry i just needed to post that HAHA. so she ended up cabbing there from the mrt, had to use the security guard's phone to call me for directions cos she had no phone -.- chocolate truffle & dark choc cakes! the rest of the time was spent bullying divya before we left.
we were sort of wearing matching shoes hahaha, damn cute.
beryl and i went to marina square to get bubble tea (haha) yes i admit that was entirely my idea, i mean the bubble tea part. and we took ages to find the place cos i forgot where it was. sat at bk and talked until 9, then we went to plaza sing to eat the omelette rice and tako balls :D didn't manage to send cally and ced off to japan though, cos it was way too far la, and bad timing, but they totally need to come back with awesome stuff for me yay (:

one of the most reassuring moments i bet, is to be wheeled around on the hospital bed looking up at the squared ceiling wondering what in the world the new room would look like, and what they're gna serve for say, dinner. that day while following my dad to alex. hospital i was watching the man being pushed from the lift, he looked so calm, and erm, relaxed. ok maybe it's just me. when my dad was hospitalised after the semiexplosion, i was wishing that one day i could lie and try our their spongy hospital beds among the sleep-inducing colours of sheets and room temperatures. and then when i got knocked out and put on that rolling bed, it was one of the most exciting feelings in the world. to sleep or simply lie down and do nothing for a day, ~that is bliss.
very strange, i keep boxing my own eye by accident nowadays, today once in the shower and again when i was drying my hair. nowonder my lens fell out. it sucks to walk around in glasses that don't correct astig, fog up at extreme temperatures, and look damn toot, really not cute :(

@ Hard Rock Cafe Singapore i won't even begin to describe the horrors of getting a table for 8 in hard rock with no reservation on a friday night, during the halloween season, because it took us 2 and a half hrs of waiting. anw i think m1 was having this cs nite thing on the ground floor so it was damn noisy but they were quite entertaining. though their incessant shouting of "customer service!" at random intervals was just LOL, fungi had to be irritating and shout "starhub" down back at them. cao ah lians in lighted devil horns, one glance and we looked at each other and went, "that's one fat devil" hahahaa.
i like the look of ced's pasta, smth i would have ordered actl lol. and got the twisted mac, chicken & cheese pasta thing (: plus a sex on the beach, and fungi ordered this random red bull thing that tasted like cough syrup. never order unknown drinks. then we secretly got the waitresses to present fungi the birthday surprise where she had to stand on the chair and have everybody sing her the song, complimentary vanilla ice-cream with a polaroid photo in hard rock card. steph camille cally got her a build-a-bear bear, seriously damn funny, the stupid oath and wishes for the hearts, and of course not forgetting the ridiculously long name, i swear she will never forget her highschool love life. and beryl and i got her a nice pink bag from animal. roamed around ion orchard before we left.

haha i'm actl pretty excited that fungi's turning 18 tmr, and she must totally hate us for not celebrating her birthday or getting her anything for the past 4years. eh not our fault lor, her birthday used to always fall flat during the exam period. ok, this year will be different (:
anw, a whole lot of bumming around today, last day of scriptchecking, overall it wasn't too bad, because i only really flunk chem :< not that i even really studied for that one, and it sort of proved my theory useful. like, i was so hoping for a damndamn hard exam so that my failure mark and others' failure mark would sort of be in a closer range than if the paper was easy, cos i would still fail anyway but other ppl wouldn't. yeahhhhhh XD the english dept was taking remarkably long to settle some errors in the papers, so they kept pushing back and rearraging the timeslots, beryl fungi tim ced and i ended up crapping in the hall for at least an hour while waiting, and overhearing nerdy conversations like analysing the china economy and shit like that.
hostel phototaking, then cp land with jackson, though only for yr5s cos jnrs are HAHA still having exams (: we were @ the cp board, then he had the shock of his life when he saw himself in the girl's team picture, "oh my freaking -.... now no guys dare to join cp alrdy la!" passing until damn late, my arms really damn suan now. wanyu tingan and i went to wcp for dinner, bubble tea (:
@ Dragon Gate Restaurant, for the buffet of max 52 dishes per pax, a pot of sharks fin soup, we chalked up a bill of almost $400 in slightly more than 2hrs. chilli crab, prawns, frogs legs, fried chicken, sweet&sour pork, snapper, assorted mushrooms with oyster sauce, tofus and veg, dessert, 4 pots of rice. i realised my stamina for chinese food really sucks, and i don't eat alot of things.
@ Vivo Sky garden, 17 items for jonjon! from vanessa and several others, haha i still like the shirt vanee and i chose when we went to bugis street XD opened the sparkling wine that i kept in the room for damn long. finally decided t bring out today. cheerleading stunts, piggybacking arnd vivo, camwhoring while waiting for the bus.

it's only appropriate at a time at such to say, f everything but i shall refrain from doing so.
GG la, my right contact lens had to choose today to fly out of my eye dammit. i was walking along the pavement to NCC, then somehow i poked my eye and the lens popped out. so the dramatic 1.5hr search for my lens begins, all teh crawling across the floor and prodding among the grass, no xing xiang alrdy lor. and with the help of vanessa who came down, and very helpful singaporeans like the compound cleaner who even waved bye to me before he left, random old/middleage ppl who stopped by to help search for it among the grass even harder than i was looking for it myself, and also one woman who offered her unopened soft lens to me and said i should try shining a torch at the grass cos light reflects off the lens. and of course many frikkin nosy ppl who stopped by to ask wth we were looking for and when i said contact lens, they laughed at me. at that point of time i was really alrdy pissed as it was and i can't believe i actl stuck my middlefinger in the face of one malay family, tard sia.
i ended up spending the rest of the day with a perfect left eye and blind in the other, and squinting to recognise ppl on stage all through the farewell assembly.
why does shit like this keep happening to me. 100+bucks just flew away.

ocs visit today, went to sch early to retrieve my chinese books, in some attempt to study. and then i realise, i'm going to sch tmr for h1 remedial! anw the tour thingy was pretty good and it was actl fun. there was this random guy who asked vanessa if i was rebecca and hell i have no idea who in the world he is, because i don't think i have friends from that batch in ocs. but then again singapore is a small world. tour guided by wei hong & subra, playing arnd with fancy equipment, firing, camo face/hand-painting hahah, refreshments! and our guides damn sick can -.- but super funny lol

afterwhich we went back to school for dinner, then somehow it was abit of a screw-up, aaron didn't know i wasn't staying in hostel and he booked our movie tix at like 9.45pm, plus the adverts and shit it ended past midnight. to think i was so stupid to wish the last train not to have left but alas reality hit us when we were stopped outside the station 'station closed'. more close to swearing (at smrt) than anything else, i cabbed home. for someone who wouldn't ever dream of spending on stuff as such, i was actl pissed for a moment but nobody's fault aye. why do we always end up having to run for the last train and doing retarded stuff like that, beats me.
to mention the show, we watched Julie & Julia, my gosh it was really hard trying to sit still throughout the 2hr duration. an entire 2hrs of cooking and cookbooks, and what blogging about cooking - really too much for me to take, and i did have slight trouble in keeping awake, but for the first time in a long time, i didn't fall asleep. dudes, watch my sister's keeper.

went over to divya's house today with cally camille and steph for south indian food cooked by her maid ahaha. she let us try the yoghurt rice (very sour, really an acquired taste cally camille and i were like :O trying to stuff it down), along with dal, puri/chapati, muruku, assorted vegtable mix, sweet balls (smth like gulab jamun) for dessert and milk cubes. & i got to see the often-talked-abt amber for the first time hahaha. slacked for abit in her room, lol we hid her jewellery stand but too bad she found it. and then we walked down the road for prata @ The Cheese Prata Shop, camille trying real outside prata for the first time and not knowing that the curry comes free (sooo noob can). feel very indian today, thanks babu! my legs feel so wasted now i can hardly walk. and i'm running out of cash real fast, wahlao i nv realised i would spend so much just within afew days. plus i'm really sleep-deprived, from 7-hr mahjong marathon until 4am on the first night, drinks while watching sunrise, past-midnight binging @ macs on the second, night-cycling on the third from 7pm-5am with manymany breaks and food. and rushing arnd to and fro from sch for lit proj. lots of food, tangyuan! inter-class bbq with awesome bbq-ing by roy and mitchell keh, cycling to elias mall at night for drinks with luxi adriel jong david and then going damn high and wasted, twister with vaneeee and others, lunches @ whitesands, jumpshots at the beach..
& i was quite inspired by the thing we did during night-cycling, just to sit around and pause to think and listen in the alertness of midnight- for a first, to see different perspectives of others, more than what they are on the outside.

hehe EXAMS ARE OVERRR :D at this rate i'm gg to annoy every single person that talks to me. wahahaha.
anw sunday was spent in church, went back early to chiong math. i was actl doing quite abit of math ok, then i got stuck online, oh no. but studied with ced in the games room after i went back to hostel, then we moved to the music room where yx janel and johannes were and talked until 2am omg, never study!!! ced don't kill me for 'making you lose your A' or smth. * oh i must complain abt the hostel staff, ok the main guy in general wtf, damn idiot leh! just over asking them to open the other music room for us to study cos we had an exam the next day, and there was alot of other stuff before that actl that's why we though they should open the room. and he has to make such a big hoohaa over the whole issue, my tian. i tell you i have never been so exaspperated in my whole life they make no sense at all! trying to get abit of information into their heads is useless, i realised, like drilling a rock with a straw. and it's also no use trying to give them a piece of my mind cos they wouldn't get it anw. they- no he, didn't. and i was very tired from shouting all over the office. ___________________

(: then they went to get lunch when it opened. we were constantly annoyed by multiple random waitresses who kept insisting on convincing us to buy the discount card like what the... T.T even though they sounded nice they should have seen our turned-off faces after the 3rd woman approached us. camille looked so fierce i think she scared them off. and then went to meet beryl @ GV vivo to watch phobia 2 for 2hrs of horrorrrr! we were like holding the jumbo hotdogs and then when we sat down beryl was like, "i can't eat when i'm watching horror movie!" ok la it was quite good, thai mah. then we went to bugis iluma to look around for my stuff, went back to vivo to walk around, we went to see the doulos! cos i rmbered it was the last day, i got a postcard, beryl got a pen, and we both bought ice-cream (: then had dinner @ Bakerzin! i tell you when i have a craving for smth nobody stops me :D ___________________
today after lit... MY PAPERS ARE OVER HAHHH. i walked into the canteen looking like a retard. and i even had the mood to drag the entire luggage bag from sch to my house for the first time! (walk, bus, mrt, walk) yeah actl i borrowed beryl's osprey cos it was huge and could fit all my stuff without me having to hand-carry a thing, how awesome is that.

monday and tuesday mornings were both spent facilitating captains ball for yrs 2&4, quite tiring la, and idk why i was even forced to do it in the first place, sian. becos of that couldn't pon sch to go for the haircutting training thing @ jean yip for mt09, cos may could only come by earlier than i would be free to leave. so instead i left sch to do funstuffs hahah :D but had to come back again for IRP meeting that lasted for many hrs cos we had to revise our entire plan. ____________
tuesday had some level games thing as well as exchange presentations, nanao ppl didn't do theirs :( so we couldn't see cally dance haha. the games were not bad actl, partly cos of the awesome company haha.

hahah our irp is currently quite erm.. we spent friday @ sungei buloh, the taxi driver was surprisingly nice to us he said he would wait for us for almost 2hrs that we were inside, in case we got lost or smth happened cos it was like raining and stuff. damn weird la he even followed us inside. anw we were at the observation pavillion thing, then we were talking quite loudly about going down when this woman cut in and said smth like we shouldnt go down to the mangrove area cos there were crocodiles in the water and they started showing us pictures of it, damn huge. like, omggg. so we went to the part that look like a large pond and when we were about to throw in the pH meter and shit smth moved and i think it was a small crocodile or some pretty large creature, wahlao. cold, wet and hungry, so miserable. screw the monsoon season.

@ City Beach Resort, Labrador Park i haven't actl been to any of the worship retreats before, i realised. anw it was a pretty refreshing time, super chillax la lots of games and free time, and awesome (close to hotel standard) accomodation and food! it was great spending time with the youth as well as the others whom we don't really get the chance to talk to otherwise. changes in perception of things and some issues, learning more about God and worship itself. & i really needed that time off (:

long week (: mostly spent on intensive exchange prog dance (ok la only 3 days in a row) but still. went for arp only once. i'm onto half the 3rd season of friends alrdy, ipod is awesome. slp meeting @ subway on monday, prepared the stuff and hunted for stuff at big bookshop, before leaving for training, no rain :D tues ponned half of training, ok the running part when it started raining, quite bad la but i really had dance prac lor. then beryl and i went to get roti prata and slurpee for dinner cos we kind of missed it or smth, practised the shit until past midnight cos we kept forgetting the steps :S macs breakfast e next morning, yeahh free mcgriddles ((:
slp today @ some old folks day center thing, where we taught them simple english like e alphabet and the alphabet song, and basic greetings. quite fun la, although i'm like super cmi and making smalltalk with old people or speaking in chinese argh. sheng was telling one old woman he stays arnd that area, and she said smth like "-- ji hao, ah ma lai zhao ni" HAHAA. i liked the food! muffin and alphabet biscuits, actl so we could sort of tell them what alphabets they were eating. bingo is srsly awesome fun, maybe i'll look forward to that when i'm old.

pure lazy. my laziness is going to cost me alot (like really alot), but who cares huh.
i need to kick off my obsession/addiction to choc oreo bubble tea now. i drank it four times in just 3 days. first right after i finished @ ncc. ytd twice, once before and again after youth service. today once after youth camp meeting just before mission meeting. alotalot of meetings today, totally shacked man. imagine if i had to bake the ton of cookies and brownies i might just die. we - need - money - badly. anw my house oven is frikkin screwed, it has moodswings and most of the time decides to burn the stuff intentionally, it's as if it's acting up upon very mild conditions, nvm.
youth service ytd, finally back to the keys after a long time, at least it felt long. though i think it's only been a month or so. it keeps me occupied. dinner @ paradiz, or somewhere there, daniel's fav wanton mee place which didn't prove that awesome at all, cranky stall uncle. & then sean mossy sarah calv and i spent the rest of the night till past 1 spamming random kpop and other (gross) videos, actl only afew of us lasted to that.
busy schedule, but at least i've got some form of entertainment, like watching friends on my ipod (long time till i finish all ten seasons). rawrh, i dont like the feeling of uncertain business.
i have a perpetually pissed face (not)spending some time @ grandparent's place, we haven't done that in awhile.

when there's too many things to worry about sometimes you just don't. been very irritated of the late by people/things and like many things in general. you know, it's like when everything's there but they just don't click. i just want to sit back and not do anything. or on the contrary stop the clock so we can find time to hang out like we promised, ok that's actl in reference to several people. but in other cases things aren't as simple, and i actl feel quite bad about....it never stops bugging me, and you'll never understand cos maybe it wasn't like that but how would you know right. and i finally realise how people can gradually slide into depression in situations like...because maybe i just might. how can everything seem a grey cloud when i have everything i want, even things i don't expect to get. don't even bother trying to figure out what i just said & who this might be in reference to because it's very likely not to be you if you think it is (though you know how i really hate sounding vague-ish, like oops accidentally on purpose sort). sux ttm.

i just realised the blue font doesnt show up properly on chrome! damn. anw i'm into slack mode now, but then i still have the lit reflections crap to do which i completely genuinely forgot all about. i don't even know how i did it.
went down to ncc on weds, now i finally know how to get there without having to walk one entire round my gawd what's wrong with me! didn't manage to get any patients at all, super unlucky la. the only ones i approached, there were language barriers. i think there was this arabic family or smth, i started talking to them and cos it's just a survey that's like not compulsory i was half expecting them to reject (and hoping so too), the son went to call his translator to come and the guy was prolly somewhere quite far away omg. i was thinking, i'm so screwed when he realises what this is about, but he was quite good-looking and nice, at least i wouldn't know cos i zao-ed really fast. and the second guy and family could only speak in chinese, and i can't explain medical terms and the becks anxiety shit in chinese. so bored la! _____________
on thurs i finally went for training! in a super long time, veryvery rusty like i kind of forgot how to do stuff my speed of fast. the horrors of 100 stern turns, never ever again. i hate it :( my keeping completely fail la, mag come back!! and then it started raining damn heavily after we finished packing the stuff, very timely. tingan wanyu and i borrowed mr chua's umbrella to get to the bustop where it stopped raining, retarded right! we went to macs cos tingan wanted the monopoly thing :O don't go for the cruise la hahahah. she decided to act blind for the rest of the way back, blindwoman with glasses.

Intro-ed them to Fresh Origin Restaurant owned by my mum's boss, so we got discounts for everything (: even i was quite shocked by the pricing, pretty low for cbd area. we had a hard time trying to search for the place, given that my mum only gave me verbal instructions and i'm not exactly the best person to navigate around. but we found it anw hahah. beryl was late (as usual), and her mum was damn funny she msged me, "beryl on her way already but teach her a valuable lesson so go ahead n leave" sry i just needed to post that HAHA. so she ended up cabbing there from the mrt, had to use the security guard's phone to call me for directions cos she had no phone -.- chocolate truffle & dark choc cakes! the rest of the time was spent bullying divya before we left.
we were sort of wearing matching shoes hahaha, damn cute.
beryl and i went to marina square to get bubble tea (haha) yes i admit that was entirely my idea, i mean the bubble tea part. and we took ages to find the place cos i forgot where it was. sat at bk and talked until 9, then we went to plaza sing to eat the omelette rice and tako balls :D didn't manage to send cally and ced off to japan though, cos it was way too far la, and bad timing, but they totally need to come back with awesome stuff for me yay (:

one of the most reassuring moments i bet, is to be wheeled around on the hospital bed looking up at the squared ceiling wondering what in the world the new room would look like, and what they're gna serve for say, dinner. that day while following my dad to alex. hospital i was watching the man being pushed from the lift, he looked so calm, and erm, relaxed. ok maybe it's just me. when my dad was hospitalised after the semiexplosion, i was wishing that one day i could lie and try our their spongy hospital beds among the sleep-inducing colours of sheets and room temperatures. and then when i got knocked out and put on that rolling bed, it was one of the most exciting feelings in the world. to sleep or simply lie down and do nothing for a day, ~that is bliss.
very strange, i keep boxing my own eye by accident nowadays, today once in the shower and again when i was drying my hair. nowonder my lens fell out. it sucks to walk around in glasses that don't correct astig, fog up at extreme temperatures, and look damn toot, really not cute :(

@ Hard Rock Cafe Singapore i won't even begin to describe the horrors of getting a table for 8 in hard rock with no reservation on a friday night, during the halloween season, because it took us 2 and a half hrs of waiting. anw i think m1 was having this cs nite thing on the ground floor so it was damn noisy but they were quite entertaining. though their incessant shouting of "customer service!" at random intervals was just LOL, fungi had to be irritating and shout "starhub" down back at them. cao ah lians in lighted devil horns, one glance and we looked at each other and went, "that's one fat devil" hahahaa.
i like the look of ced's pasta, smth i would have ordered actl lol. and got the twisted mac, chicken & cheese pasta thing (: plus a sex on the beach, and fungi ordered this random red bull thing that tasted like cough syrup. never order unknown drinks. then we secretly got the waitresses to present fungi the birthday surprise where she had to stand on the chair and have everybody sing her the song, complimentary vanilla ice-cream with a polaroid photo in hard rock card. steph camille cally got her a build-a-bear bear, seriously damn funny, the stupid oath and wishes for the hearts, and of course not forgetting the ridiculously long name, i swear she will never forget her highschool love life. and beryl and i got her a nice pink bag from animal. roamed around ion orchard before we left.

haha i'm actl pretty excited that fungi's turning 18 tmr, and she must totally hate us for not celebrating her birthday or getting her anything for the past 4years. eh not our fault lor, her birthday used to always fall flat during the exam period. ok, this year will be different (:
anw, a whole lot of bumming around today, last day of scriptchecking, overall it wasn't too bad, because i only really flunk chem :< not that i even really studied for that one, and it sort of proved my theory useful. like, i was so hoping for a damndamn hard exam so that my failure mark and others' failure mark would sort of be in a closer range than if the paper was easy, cos i would still fail anyway but other ppl wouldn't. yeahhhhhh XD the english dept was taking remarkably long to settle some errors in the papers, so they kept pushing back and rearraging the timeslots, beryl fungi tim ced and i ended up crapping in the hall for at least an hour while waiting, and overhearing nerdy conversations like analysing the china economy and shit like that.
hostel phototaking, then cp land with jackson, though only for yr5s cos jnrs are HAHA still having exams (: we were @ the cp board, then he had the shock of his life when he saw himself in the girl's team picture, "oh my freaking -.... now no guys dare to join cp alrdy la!" passing until damn late, my arms really damn suan now. wanyu tingan and i went to wcp for dinner, bubble tea (:
@ Dragon Gate Restaurant, for the buffet of max 52 dishes per pax, a pot of sharks fin soup, we chalked up a bill of almost $400 in slightly more than 2hrs. chilli crab, prawns, frogs legs, fried chicken, sweet&sour pork, snapper, assorted mushrooms with oyster sauce, tofus and veg, dessert, 4 pots of rice. i realised my stamina for chinese food really sucks, and i don't eat alot of things.
@ Vivo Sky garden, 17 items for jonjon! from vanessa and several others, haha i still like the shirt vanee and i chose when we went to bugis street XD opened the sparkling wine that i kept in the room for damn long. finally decided t bring out today. cheerleading stunts, piggybacking arnd vivo, camwhoring while waiting for the bus.

it's only appropriate at a time at such to say, f everything but i shall refrain from doing so.
GG la, my right contact lens had to choose today to fly out of my eye dammit. i was walking along the pavement to NCC, then somehow i poked my eye and the lens popped out. so the dramatic 1.5hr search for my lens begins, all teh crawling across the floor and prodding among the grass, no xing xiang alrdy lor. and with the help of vanessa who came down, and very helpful singaporeans like the compound cleaner who even waved bye to me before he left, random old/middleage ppl who stopped by to help search for it among the grass even harder than i was looking for it myself, and also one woman who offered her unopened soft lens to me and said i should try shining a torch at the grass cos light reflects off the lens. and of course many frikkin nosy ppl who stopped by to ask wth we were looking for and when i said contact lens, they laughed at me. at that point of time i was really alrdy pissed as it was and i can't believe i actl stuck my middlefinger in the face of one malay family, tard sia.
i ended up spending the rest of the day with a perfect left eye and blind in the other, and squinting to recognise ppl on stage all through the farewell assembly.
why does shit like this keep happening to me. 100+bucks just flew away.

ocs visit today, went to sch early to retrieve my chinese books, in some attempt to study. and then i realise, i'm going to sch tmr for h1 remedial! anw the tour thingy was pretty good and it was actl fun. there was this random guy who asked vanessa if i was rebecca and hell i have no idea who in the world he is, because i don't think i have friends from that batch in ocs. but then again singapore is a small world. tour guided by wei hong & subra, playing arnd with fancy equipment, firing, camo face/hand-painting hahah, refreshments! and our guides damn sick can -.- but super funny lol

afterwhich we went back to school for dinner, then somehow it was abit of a screw-up, aaron didn't know i wasn't staying in hostel and he booked our movie tix at like 9.45pm, plus the adverts and shit it ended past midnight. to think i was so stupid to wish the last train not to have left but alas reality hit us when we were stopped outside the station 'station closed'. more close to swearing (at smrt) than anything else, i cabbed home. for someone who wouldn't ever dream of spending on stuff as such, i was actl pissed for a moment but nobody's fault aye. why do we always end up having to run for the last train and doing retarded stuff like that, beats me.
to mention the show, we watched Julie & Julia, my gosh it was really hard trying to sit still throughout the 2hr duration. an entire 2hrs of cooking and cookbooks, and what blogging about cooking - really too much for me to take, and i did have slight trouble in keeping awake, but for the first time in a long time, i didn't fall asleep. dudes, watch my sister's keeper.

went over to divya's house today with cally camille and steph for south indian food cooked by her maid ahaha. she let us try the yoghurt rice (very sour, really an acquired taste cally camille and i were like :O trying to stuff it down), along with dal, puri/chapati, muruku, assorted vegtable mix, sweet balls (smth like gulab jamun) for dessert and milk cubes. & i got to see the often-talked-abt amber for the first time hahaha. slacked for abit in her room, lol we hid her jewellery stand but too bad she found it. and then we walked down the road for prata @ The Cheese Prata Shop, camille trying real outside prata for the first time and not knowing that the curry comes free (sooo noob can). feel very indian today, thanks babu! after chalet, they made me go to bishan for picnic @ macritchie! damn cruel can, so tired and stuff then i have to lug my things back home and go all the way to bishan pfft. and then i actl overslept! omg i was 1hr late hahahaa. met aaron camille and david @ thomson plaza to get the food, then we bus-ed to the new side of macritchie where we had lunch, then sat arnd to talk and played cards till dinner where we went to j8. ants are mood-spoilers, yuck.

my legs feel so wasted now i can hardly walk. and i'm running out of cash real fast, wahlao i nv realised i would spend so much just within afew days. plus i'm really sleep-deprived, from 7-hr mahjong marathon until 4am on the first night, drinks while watching sunrise, past-midnight binging @ macs on the second, night-cycling on the third from 7pm-5am with manymany breaks and food. and rushing arnd to and fro from sch for lit proj. lots of food, tangyuan! inter-class bbq with awesome bbq-ing by roy and mitchell keh, cycling to elias mall at night for drinks with luxi adriel jong david and then going damn high and wasted, twister with vaneeee and others, lunches @ whitesands, jumpshots at the beach..
& i was quite inspired by the thing we did during night-cycling, just to sit around and pause to think and listen in the alertness of midnight- for a first, to see different perspectives of others, more than what they are on the outside.

anw sunday was spent in church, went back early to chiong math. i was actl doing quite abit of math ok, then i got stuck online, oh no. but studied with ced in the games room after i went back to hostel, then we moved to the music room where yx janel and johannes were and talked until 2am omg, never study!!! ced don't kill me for 'making you lose your A' or smth. * oh i must complain abt the hostel staff, ok the main guy in general wtf, damn idiot leh! just over asking them to open the other music room for us to study cos we had an exam the next day, and there was alot of other stuff before that actl that's why we though they should open the room. and he has to make such a big hoohaa over the whole issue, my tian. i tell you i have never been so exaspperated in my whole life they make no sense at all! trying to get abit of information into their heads is useless, i realised, like drilling a rock with a straw. and it's also no use trying to give them a piece of my mind cos they wouldn't get it anw. they- no he, didn't. and i was very tired from shouting all over the office. ___________________
on monday after the calc paper fungi divya cally camille steph and i went to wcp starbucks to get brunch cos Thai Express wasn't open at 10+. blueberry muffin! (: then they went to get lunch when it opened. we were constantly annoyed by multiple random waitresses who kept insisting on convincing us to buy the discount card like what the... T.T even though they sounded nice they should have seen our turned-off faces after the 3rd woman approached us. camille looked so fierce i think she scared them off. and then went to meet beryl @ GV vivo to watch phobia 2 for 2hrs of horrorrrr! we were like holding the jumbo hotdogs and then when we sat down beryl was like, "i can't eat when i'm watching horror movie!" ok la it was quite good, thai mah. then we went to bugis iluma to look around for my stuff, went back to vivo to walk around, we went to see the doulos! cos i rmbered it was the last day, i got a postcard, beryl got a pen, and we both bought ice-cream (: then had dinner @ Bakerzin! i tell you when i have a craving for smth nobody stops me :D ___________________
today after lit... MY PAPERS ARE OVER HAHHH. i walked into the canteen looking like a retard. and i even had the mood to drag the entire luggage bag from sch to my house for the first time! (walk, bus, mrt, walk) yeah actl i borrowed beryl's osprey cos it was huge and could fit all my stuff without me having to hand-carry a thing, how awesome is that.
will be going for chalet soon. wah sian why must sch be in clementi, have to travel all the way there tmr morning! :(
